Shipping & returns


When you order products from I AM MORE SCARSDALE you can be assured we will ship your merchandise with the utmost care. We use only the best shipping process to deliver products that arrive safely– right to your door!  Please check the information below to review our shipping policies.

Shipping Options (Continental United States only):
All ground packages are shipped via UPS or Fedex.  Orders may be delayed from shipment due to discrepancies in payment or billing/shipping information.  Transit time may be extended due to incomplete shipping address (i.e. missing or invalid apartment number/street number), weather conditions and/or high volume of packages.  I AM MORE SCARSDALE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  Customers should file with UPS/Fedex.

Standard: 1-10 business days

We strive to ship in-stock orders within one business day; however, in some instances orders may require 2-3 business days to ship.  Delays may occur due to weather, availability or other circumstances.  Special-order or back-ordered items may take 2-4 weeks to arrive based on the manufacturer (as stated in the item descriptions).  

The shipping rates are as follows:
Standard Shipping:  $15
We guarantee delivery only to the address you provide. Shipments that you re-direct and shipments to incorrect or incomplete addresses cannot be guaranteed to deliver on time and may be subject to re-delivery charges if returned to us.  We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.  
Shipping information cannot be updated or changed once the order has been completed and shipped from our facility.  Please make sure that all information under shipping is correct before finalizing your order. 

I Am More Scarsdale offers returns on regular-priced merchandise only that has not been worn, altered, or washed and with all original tags attached for store credit only.

Returns are not accepted on discounted or sale items. Promotions are not eligible for price adjustments. 

To initiate a return, please email [email protected] to receive a return authorization number.

Once your return has been approved, and you receive a return authorization (RA) number, you are responsible for shipping your item(s) back to I Am More Scarsdale at the following address. Be sure to include the original invoice that was included, and please write the RA number provided to you:

Shipping charges are not refundable.  If an item is defective, we will gladly replace it if the item is in stock or can be re-ordered, or we will issue you a refund to your original form of payment. 

All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of the package to be eligible for return for store credit. No exceptions! 

I Am More Scarsdale reserves the right to refuse a return for any reason at our discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, merchandise that does not comply with our return policy (worn, washed, without tags, outside the 7 day period, etc) or if we identify an unreasonable, repetitive return pattern associated with your account.

Ship your return through an insured traceable carrier, as I Am More Scarsdale cannot be responsible for lost, mis-delivered or damaged packages. We strongly recommend you keep a record of the tracking number.  Please include a copy of your receipt in the box indicating the item(s) you wish to return, with return authorization number and reason for return.  An email notification will be sent to you once your package has been received. 

Purchases made online can also be returned in-store at I Am More Scarsdale, located at 6 Spencer Place, Scarsdale, NY, 10583.
