Signing up is easy! Simply create an account and enter your name, email, and password. It’s free to join and you will automatically be signed up to receive emails with insider access to sales, promotions, and all of our newest drops.

Everyone starts at the Insider tier and based on points earned you can reach the following tiers:
Plus (2500+)
Premier (5000+)
Elite (10,000+)
Absolutely not! Sign up is 100% free, and it will never cost you anything to earn points.
Our tiered rewards program allows members to earn more perks the more they engage with us. Members receive reward points for each purchase, which can then be redeemed towards the cost of future purchases.
You also earn rewards for sharing with friends, following us on social media, and are even gifted incentives just for having a birthday!
In addition to earning points, members can earn exclusive access to launches, promotions, giveaways, and more.

We took care of that for you! All customers with an active loyalty account who originally provided their name, email, and phone number were automatically enrolled in our new rewards program, with account balances transferred.
Your points should automatically post to your account within minutes of placing your order! You can track your point balance and reward history in your account dashboard.

Exchanging your points for rewards couldn't be easier! Simply login to
view your reward options and click the 'Redeem' button to redeem your chosen reward.
Once you've redeemed a reward you will receive a discount code to apply towards your cart at checkout.

Points cannot be redeemed on warehouse and other select sale items.
Points cannot be redeemed on gift cards, trunk show, consigned and/or charitable partner items as well as select merchandise, including but not limited to items not authorized by vendors
You can use your points to redeem any of the three options and apply your reward at checkout.
1. 500 points for $10 off
2. 1000 points for $20 off
3. 2500 points for $50 off
You may only use one redemption per purchase.
Unfortunately only one can be applied at checkout and the greater of the two will apply.
Your points will expire after 12 months of inactivity. Inactivity includes not placing an order and/or redeeming points.
When you make a return, points received for those items will be deducted from your points balance at the time of the return.
When you apply your store credit to another purchase, you will receive points for the new merchandise that is purchased.
Your MORE tier is determined by the amount of points earned once you reach a specific tier.
To reach:
INSIDER | Make any purchase
PLUS | You must earn 2500+ points
PREMIER | You must earn 5000+ points
ELITE | You must earn 10,000+ points
Once you qualify, you will instantly move up and have access to that tier's perks for one year.
When you are signed into your rewards account, your home page will list all of the rewards tier. Your current tier and perks will be highlighted with a box around it.
When your total points cross a tier threshold you will receive an email welcoming you into the new tier.
You can also check your tier status by logging into your account and navigating to the rewards page for more information on your status!
Once you enter a new tier, you will remain in that tier for 12 months.
If after this time you didn't earn enough points to retain your tier, you will be moved back to the tier that matches your points earned within the last 12 months.
For example; if you crossed the tier entry threshold on September 1st, 2024, you will retain that tier until September 1st, 2025, but will be downgraded if you have not earned any more points within the 12 months.

You will only receive points for purchases made after creating your rewards account. Make sure to create an account before placing an order so you can receive points!
Unfortunately if you’ve made multiple purchases under different email addresses associated with the Rewards program, we cannot combine your points over to one email address.
There may be a delay in our systems communicating and points could take anywhere from minutes to several hours to appear in your account. Double-check you were signed into your rewards account and didn’t accidentally check out as a guest. You must be logged in when making purchases to earn points. If you have done this in error, contact us at to help apply your points to your account. You won’t receive points if your purchase is canceled for any reason.
We are sorry to hear that. There are a couple of scenarios that could have triggered the error message.
The first possible scenario is that there was a mistype in one of the
email addresses that you entered or you forgot to put commas between multiple emails to separate them.
To eliminate confusion over what occurred, we recommend that you go back and enter each email address one at a time, clicking ‘send’ after each one rather than uploading them all at once.

Referred friends must be a first time customer in order for both of you to receive the referral rewards. In addition, the referral must be initiated through our rewards referral box on your personal rewards page.
Points will be added to your account as soon as your friend's order is fulfilled.
When this happens you will receive an email letting you know that one of your referrals made a purchase using your code and that a reward was added to your account. You can also check your ‘Rewards History’ to see a list of any points that you have received for referrals.
Happy Birthday! We’re so glad that you have chosen to celebrate with us through our rewards program. In order for you to receive your birthday bonus on your birthday, you must register your birthday at least 30 days prior to your birthday.
If your birthday falls between the day that you registered and the 30-day waiting period afterwards, you will receive your birthday bonus 30 days after your registration. This delay is only applicable for the first year that you signed up.
All successive birthday bonuses will be emailed to you on yourbirthday. If you register your birthday through your rewards account any time after it has passed in the current calendar year, rewards will not be added to your account until the day of your birthday in the following year.
