Return Policy (Store Credit Only)

At I Am More Scarsdale, we offer returns for store credit only on eligible, regular-priced merchandise, that is unworn, unaltered, and unwashed, with all original tags attached.

Please Note:

  • All Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your package.
  • Returns are not accepted on sale items.
  • Promotions are not eligible for price adjustments.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Email us at customerservice@iammorescarsdale.com to receive a return authorization number.
  2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label.
  3. Approved returns are subject to a $10 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your store credit.

Important Details:

  • Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your package to be eligible for store credit. No exceptions.
  • After receiving a return authorization and pre-paid shipping label, you have 2 business days to drop off the package at an authorized USPS location and have it scanned for proof of receipt for tracking purposes.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, we will gladly replace it if it is in stock or can be reordered. Otherwise, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment.

Right to Refuse: I Am More Scarsdale reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policies (e.g., worn, washed, without tags, or outside the 7-day period) or if we identify an unreasonable, repetitive return pattern associated with your account.

In-Store Returns: Online purchases can also be returned in-store at I Am More Scarsdale, located at 6 Spencer Place, Scarsdale, NY, 10583, without a restocking fee.
